Many people have never even heard of Shopify, let alone used it to create an online store or shop. You may be in the same boat – that’s okay! Here’s everything you need to know about Shopify login and how to get started with Shopify today so you can take your small business, or even your personal brand, to the next level!
What is Shopify?
Shopify is a company that builds and runs e-commerce software. If you want to start selling products online, Shopify is one of your best options. Shopify’s mobile-friendly platform supports payments via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Alipay (China), Boleto (Brazil), and more. The setup process takes less than 15 minutes – there are no complex integration requirements – so you can have your store up and running in no time at all. Check out our articles on creating an online store or going from 0 to 10k in online sales in 6 months for more information about using Shopify to make a living by selling products online!
How to Shopify login?
Here are all you need to do in order to Shopify login: Create an account with Shopify; Verify your email address (you may be prompted to log in with Facebook or Twitter if you don’t have a verified email address); Click My Account and type in your password; Use your email or phone number as a username when prompted (if you haven’t already set up a username on Shopify). If you don’t see these options after typing in your password, check Forgot Your Password? under My Account. Just remember that once you’ve created an account, if someone else is using it, you’ll receive an error message before being sent directly to their shop instead of logging into your own.
Let Me Tell You Where To Start
First, remember that Shopify is a software platform that can run e-commerce sites and online shops of any kind. In order to use it, you must have an account—which also means that, if you choose to do so, you’ll be responsible for maintaining it. Fortunately, Shopify provides excellent support documentation and video tutorials that will walk you through pretty much every aspect of how its software works (as well as how to get started). Additionally, there are tons of useful third-party apps out there (we’ll get into those later) so don’t worry too much about getting locked into Shopify if you aren’t totally sure. Still, worried? Don’t be!
Step 1 – Go To the My Account Section for Shopify login
Once you are in your Shopify dashboard, you need to go to My Account from Settings on top. There, in front of you, will be two options – Log Out and Log In. The very first thing that you need to do is click on Log In and then enter your username and password. Then click on the Sign In button for entering your Shopify account. Before moving further let me tell you about 2 important features that are available here under the Logout section – Remember Me and Forgot Password. If you use Remember Me option then the next time when you login into your Shopify account then it will take less than 1 sec because it won’t require entering your user name or password.
Step 2 – Add your Domain Name for Shopify login
Before you start thinking about hosting, picking a domain name is important. A great way to come up with potential ideas is to perform a search in your chosen keyword space and take note of what’s already been taken. If all else fails, you can always just purchase an available domain and use that instead. As long as your business name doesn’t violate any trademarks or copyrights and isn’t hard to spell or type, most domains should be available for you to purchase. Once you register a domain (if necessary), point it towards Bluehost by logging into your account dashboard and following these simple steps: Setting Up Your Domain on Bluehost.
Step 3 – Click on Install Store Button for Shopify login
Once your Shopify app is installed and activated you’ll be sent to a screen that will look like the below. Click on the Install Store button. After clicking on the Install Store button, it will redirect you to your Shopify store homepage where you will see an option for creating a new storefront for your existing Shopify account or creating a new one by selecting Custom > Select domain from a dropdown list (See image below). In our case, we already have an account with an existing domain which is why we have chosen the Custom option in the dropdown menu.
Step 4 – Select Theme Design From the Given List
Before you can begin writing, however, you’ll need to select a theme. Because most themes are simple color or font changes from one another, we recommend choosing a category and finding something that best fits your desired audience. There are several categories to choose from, including travel blogs, parenting blogs, and weight loss blogs. Search for a topic within your subject area (i.e., fat loss), and then look at some of our examples below to get an idea of what each theme looks like in action. The list of themes is too long to include here in full; just click on any link below to view a complete list of available templates.
Step 5 – Review All Information Provided Above
To make it easy for you, we put all of our available content on one page. This way, you can review information on a single page without having to navigate through multiple pages. Reviewing a single page like in image number one is much easier than reviewing multiple pages like in images number two and three. When your review tasks contain too many pages, you will see a lot of procrastination and low productivity because your brain thinks it has other things to do than read or write multiple articles or reviews. Keep in mind that adding unimportant content to a task makes that task harder because it adds unnecessary pages/information to the process. A simple task may require just 3-5 pages of information while a more complicated task may require 15-20+ pages of information.
Step 6 – Make Payment Using Visa, Master Card, Pay Pal, or Credi Card
In payment method, you can pay by Visa Card, Master Card, Pay Pal, or Credit card. $0.99 for each post. Just click on one of these options and then select the continue to pay button (as shown in the image below). This will take you to a new page where you need to fill up the details required to make payment. Fill in all details correctly and submit your order. Once your order is verified by the writer’s approval manager, your post will be ready within 30 minutes of approval and published on Daily Travel Guide’s website immediately after completion.
Step 7 – Verify Email Address for Shopify login
We will send you an email to verify your email address before processing. Please click on the Verification link in that email and follow the instructions. Please note that we will not be able to process your request if you don’t click on the Verification link in that email. If you are willing to proceed, please click the next button again.
Step 8 – Add Shipping Details (if required)
In order to allow your customers to purchase items from your store and have them shipped, you will need to enter some shipping details. If you do not plan on allowing shoppers to purchase your products online and have them shipped, you can ignore Step 8. The shipping details that you enter here are only for internal use; Shopify does not collect any information about or for these addresses.
Step 9 – Choosing Payment Option & Configuring Tax Rates
If you’re planning to sell products on your Shopify store, you’ll need to set up a payment option. Click on Payments in your dashboard and select Add credit card. If you want to collect customer data, such as shipping addresses, while they checkout on your site, click Enable next steps. Once that is complete, click Save. Make sure your prices are correct before continuing by clicking Prices in your dashboard and then clicking Update for each product.
Step 10 – Adding Products To Your New Shopify Store
There are many different methods for adding products to your Shopify store. However, one of the most effective ways is by using an app from a Shopify partner. This will provide you with access to professional tools and templates which will help you save time and money during product uploads. The following app helps create products, manage inventory, and streamline orders.
conclusion
Shopify gives its users a robust, easy-to-understand platform. Once you’re able to log in and get familiar with Shopify, it becomes easy to navigate your way around, find what you need and make changes when necessary. If you’re looking for an e-commerce solution that helps generate revenue and makes running your business easy for your customers, Shopify login is worth checking out. Regardless of whether or not you decide to go with Shopify, take some time to look at other platforms before making a final decision; comparing Shopify login with several other providers can help you understand which system works best for your business.
